I have nearly ten years of experience in software delivery, bringing business and technical teams together to turn complicated requirements into systems people rely on every day. Much of that was in leasing, delivering software for large businesses in the sector.
Across those projects, the same gaps kept coming up: follow-ups missed, tasks left half done, people spending their day chasing information that should already have moved on. The software was rarely the issue. The work between the systems was.
That is what Craft Systems is for. I work out how the process really runs, pay attention to the exceptions, and take responsibility for how the system behaves once it is in use.
