From a single workflow to a system of your own.

We build bespoke software, apply AI to documents and messages, and connect the tools your team uses. A project can involve one of these or bring them together.

Workflow automation

We take a process that runs on people remembering things and make it run on its own: watching an inbox, reading what arrives, updating the right record, sending the reminder, and telling someone when a decision is needed.

It suits work that repeats often, follows rules most of the time, and has a cost when a step is missed.

For example: a request reaches the right team, gets a deadline and is flagged if it has not been picked up.

Custom software

Sometimes the answer is a tool that fits. We build internal systems such as portals, trackers, approval flows and small back-office apps, designed around your process rather than a generic one.

It suits teams that have outgrown a spreadsheet, or are paying for software they only use a tenth of.

A job tracker that replaces a shared spreadsheet, with clear ownership and a history of what changed.

AI on documents and email

Language models are good at messy text: reading an email, sorting a document, pulling out the figures, drafting a reply. We use them for that, and we keep a person in the loop for anything where a mistake would matter.

We agree up front which information a workflow can see, and we design it to flag what it is unsure of rather than guess.

Incoming replies are classified so the ones that need a human reach the right person quickly.

Connecting your systems

Most businesses already pay for good tools. The gap is between them. We connect email, spreadsheets, CRMs, accounting and forms so information is entered once and appears where it is needed.

A new enquiry creates the contact, the follow-up task and the calendar hold without anyone re-typing it.

Where AI fits, and where it doesn’t.

We use AI where it is the right tool: reading, sorting and drafting. Where a plain rule does the job, we use the rule, because it is faster, cheaper and easier to check.

Nothing we build should be a black box. You should be able to see what a workflow did, why, and who reviewed it.
