How a project runs.
We keep it simple: understand the work, build one small thing that helps, prove it on real work, then extend it.
- A first conversation
- A short call with no commitment. You describe the work and where it goes wrong. We ask questions, and tell you honestly whether we think automation or software would help.
- Mapping the work
- We follow the process as it really runs, including the exceptions and workarounds, and talk to the people who do it. We agree what the system should do, what it should leave to people, and which of your tools it needs to connect to.
- Scope and cost
- Before anything is built we agree what is included and what it costs, in writing.
- A small first build
- We build one workflow or tool and run it on real work, with your team checking the results. You see it working before deciding on more.
- Rollout and after
- Once it has proved itself, we extend it and hand it over properly. We stay involved after launch, investigating issues and improving the system as real use shows what is needed.
Common questions
Do we have to replace our current systems?
No. We build around the tools you already use, such as email, spreadsheets, your CRM and accounting software. Where a tool really is the problem, we will say so, but replacing it is never the starting point.
How long does a first build take?
It depends on the process and the systems involved, so we don’t give a number before we have seen the work. After the mapping stage you get an estimate you can plan around.
What happens to our data?
We agree which information a workflow can see before it is built, and it only handles what it needs to. Where AI services are involved, we minimise the personal data sent to them. Our privacy notice covers how we handle data on this website.
What if it gets something wrong?
Workflows are designed to flag what they are unsure of instead of guessing, and to keep a person in the loop for anything important. If something does go wrong after launch, we investigate it properly and fix the cause.
Do you work in our industry?
We work across industries. The first conversation is about your process, the systems involved and any specialist requirements. That gives us a basis for agreeing whether we can help and what the project needs.
